Sempervivum Kalinda

Dressed for drama and built for neglect, Sempervivum ‘Kalinda’ is a fabulous hens-and-chicks succulent with tidy, low rosettes and shifting color that keeps the garden guessing. Its pointed leaves stack into handsome geometric spirals brushed in green, rose, copper, and dusky plum, with the richest tones appearing in bright sun and cool weather.

Growing about 3–4" tall, ‘Kalinda’ Sempervivum is perfect for rock gardens, stone troughs, succulent containers, gravel plantings, crevice gardens, and sunny edges where its sculptural form can be admired up close. Tough as nails and wonderfully low maintenance, it thrives in lean, well-drained soil and asks for very little once established.

Over time, each rosette sends out offsets on stolons, gradually forming a charming colony of colorful “chicks” around the original plant. Hardy, drought tolerant, and full of character, Sempervivum ‘Kalinda’ brings year-round texture, color, and tidy little architectural fireworks to dry garden spaces and containers.
