Surprisingly long blooming - late Spring to Winter in mild zones 8 and 9. This old fashioned 30" TALL "Floss Flower" is a real eye catcher with its rich, fluffy (pettable!) lavender flower clusters to 4" across. It looks lovely in the garden, its sturdy branching stems so well clothed in attractive emerald green heart-shaped leaves. So EASY to grow, it's always sending up bunches of new blooming stems, especially when deadheaded. Plant with Nicotiana alata 'Lime Green' and Viola 'Etain' for a super pretty vignette! Butterflies love it, makes a great cut flower and is wonderful in a container! Rich, well drained soil. To 1.5' wide.
